• Post and manage job ads across platforms (including sponsored posts when needed) • Source candidates in targeted geographic areas • Conduct phone interviews and screenings • Staff new hires and re-staff existing employees as needed • Collaborate closely with HR throughout the hiring and onboarding process • Build knowledge of cities and regions across the state to support accurate staffing • Maintain organized candidate pipelines using Smartsheet, Excel, or Google Sheets • Solve issues quickly and follow up proactively with candidates and internal teams • Use creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified ABA therapists
• Knowledge of **Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)** or experience working in ABA environments • Previous recruitment or staffing experience • Excellent communication skills, especially in phone-based interactions • Strong organizational and computer skills (Smartsheet preferred; Excel/Google Sheets acceptable) • Enthusiastic, people-focused personality with strong relationship-building skills • Ability to think creatively and “outside the box” when sourcing candidates • Eager to learn and adapt, with strong follow-through and attention to detail
