📋 Description

• Determine, analyze and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) for corporate management and prepare variance analyses, including deriving recommended actions • Conduct profitability analyses for projects and investments and develop action recommendations as a basis for decision-making • Analyze and comment on monthly reporting • Carry out company-wide budget planning • Further develop reporting and KPI structures in Power BI • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of existing KPI systems and reports to expand interactive reporting, including the use of AI • Support the Head of Finance & Controlling in further developing controlling structures

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Accounting • Several years of professional experience in Controlling, Finance, or Accounting • Strong analytical skills and confident decision-making • Excellent communication skills • High level of initiative, self-organization, responsibility and commitment
