📋 Description

• Qualifizierung und Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support • Betrieb, Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft-basierten Kundenumgebungen • Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen im Microsoft-Umfeld • Planung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Changes und technischen Projekten • Aufnahme, Analyse und Bewertung technischer Kundenanforderungen • Wartung sowie proaktive Pflege der betreuten Systeme und Cloud-Dienste • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Knowledge-Base-Einträge

🎯 Requirements

• Erfahrung in einem oder mehreren Bereichen: Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) • Erfahrung mit Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory • Erfahrung mit Microsoft Intune und Endpoint Management • Erfahrung mit Windows Server, Hyper-V und Azure local • Erfahrung mit Microsoft Exchange lokal oder Hybrid • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Fachinformatiker:in, ein Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Administration von Microsoft-Infrastrukturen • Wunsch, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln und das Profil gezielt zu schärfen • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Teamorientierung • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohes Engagement
