📋 Description

• Qualification and handling of incidents and service requests at 2nd and 3rd level in the areas of network and firewall • Analysis, troubleshooting and optimization of customers' network and security environments • Gathering, analysis and evaluation of customers' technical requirements in existing or new infrastructures • Planning, implementation and documentation of changes and technical projects • Maintenance as well as proactive support and further development of the managed customer environments • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge base entries • Independent project leadership and support of a diverse customer base

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and qualifications in firewall technologies (WatchGuard, Sophos or Palo Alto) and/or network environments (Aruba, Cisco/Meraki or Huawei) • Knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs and network security • Knowledge of VPN technologies and site-to-site networking • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker), a degree in computer science, or an equivalent qualification • Several years of practical experience operating network and security environments • Desire for professional development • Strong communication skills, initiative and team orientation • Strong customer focus, sense of responsibility and high level of commitment
