📋 Description

• Act as the technical point of contact for SOC clients • Conduct follow-up and technical alignment meetings • Assist clients in interpreting alerts, incidents and recommendations issued by the SOC • Monitor KPIs, action plans and opportunities for service improvement • Support the evolution of monitoring rules and security integrations • Serve as the interface between clients and the SOC, Engineering and Projects teams • Support onboarding activities and deployment of new solutions when required • Prepare technical documentation and log the activities performed • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the quality of services provided

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience in SOC (Security Operations Center) operations, including monitoring, analysis and handling of security events and incidents • Knowledge of SIEM, preferably IBM QRadar • Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, firewalls and VPN) • Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux • Familiarity with security solutions such as EDR, antivirus, firewall or XDR • Good verbal and written communication skills • Consultative profile, organized and able to build strong client relationships • Interest in learning and professional development • Experience with managed security services (MSS/MDR) • Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and incident response frameworks • Experience with Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Sophos, Trend Micro, Bitdefender or similar solutions • Basic knowledge of PowerShell, Python or Bash • Information Security certifications will be considered a plus
