📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact for each account • Develop close relationships with clients, understanding their business and security challenges • Conduct regular follow-up meetings (QBRs and checkpoints) • Identify upsell, cross-sell and contract renewal opportunities • Act in a consultative manner, presenting solutions that match clients’ needs • Work closely with technical teams to ensure the quality of deliverables • Monitor projects, SLAs and action plans with clients • Support executive presentations and solution demonstrations when required • Log interactions and opportunities in the CRM • Track satisfaction, retention and portfolio growth metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Technical Account Manager, Account Manager, Security Consultant or a similar role • Knowledge of Cyber Security and IT infrastructure • Comfortable leading meetings with clients and executives • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Consultative mindset, organized and results-oriented • Experience with CRM systems • Plus: experience in SOC, Blue Team, Information Security, Infrastructure or Networking • Plus: knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, MDR, WAF, Firewall, IAM, Cloud Security and Vulnerability Management • Plus: certifications such as Security+, ISO 27001, ITIL, SC-900, AZ-500 or equivalents • Plus: experience at Cyber Security companies or MSSPs • Plus: intermediate or advanced English
