⢠Manage and develop relationships with key affiliate partners. ⢠Oversee the onboarding, enablement, and ongoing optimisation of affiliate accounts. ⢠Build long-term partnerships that drive revenue growth. ⢠Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities. ⢠Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners. ⢠Negotiate commercial agreements, commission structures, and promotional opportunities. ⢠Monitor and analyse affiliate performance, including traffic, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, CAC, and LTV. ⢠Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for optimisation. ⢠Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to resolve tracking, attribution, and campaign issues.
⢠Minimum 2 years of Affiliate Management experience within the iGaming industry. ⢠Proven experience managing and growing affiliate partnerships with measurable commercial results. ⢠Strong commercial and negotiation skills. ⢠Excellent level of English language. ⢠Knowledge of Russian language would be an advantage. ⢠Excellent understanding of affiliate marketing metrics, including CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates. ⢠Experience using affiliate platforms, tracking, and attribution tools. ⢠Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. ⢠Excellent communication and relationship management skills. ⢠Willingness to travel and attend industry conferences and networking events.
