📋 Description

• Own product strategy for MoonTech's core platform and translate it into sequenced bets with measurable outcomes • Lead and grow a team spanning product management, delivery, and analytics • Set product craft standards, own hiring and performance, and develop team members • Run predictable, quality execution across multiple squads with clear status reporting and feature demos • Identify, ship, and measure AI-enabled capabilities for brands and creators in partnership with Engineering and Data • Find and automate high-friction workflows across brand onboarding, campaign setup, payments, and support • Set and report targets for cycle time, error rate, and cost to serve • Partner with Engineering on the unified data system, migration off HubSpot as a database, and rebuilt event tracking • Work directly with the CEO, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams • Communicate direction, progress, and risk clearly • Write PRDs, participate in data architecture discussions, and run roadmap reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, including ownership of a platform or marketplace product at meaningful scale • 2+ years managing product managers or a mixed team spanning product, delivery, or analytics • Track record running multi-squad delivery and improving product organization planning, shipping, and release communication • Experience shipping AI-enabled capabilities into production and measuring their results • Experience automating real business operations through workflow automation and systems integration • Comfortable owning an analytics function • Understanding of event tracking, data warehouses, and fragmented data challenges • Strong analytical approach, using metrics to inform decisions • Credibility with engineers and designers • Ability to hold a clear position with executives • Clear, direct written communication • Nice to have: multi-sided marketplace experience • Nice to have: experimentation and analytics stack fluency • Nice to have: GCC market or distributed-team experience • Nice to have: influencer marketing, ad tech, or creator-platform background • Include a short video application describing one product owned end to end and its measurable results
