📋 Description

• Respond to all incoming inquiries within 5–7 minutes • Promptly return missed calls in accordance with our contact protocol • Collect initial customer information strictly following the provided script • Written communication with customers (via WhatsApp/email) • Accurately document deals in the CRM and efficiently manage the sales funnel • Make outbound calls for various purposes: webinar invitations, promotion notifications, customer interviews, etc.

• Strong communication skills and fluent verbal expression • Sociable: you will speak with a wide range of people • Friendly and able to quickly build trust • Enjoy working with people • Emotionally stable and able to adapt quickly to unexpected situations • Motivated to grow in a sales role • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written) • Russian language skills are a plus
