📋 Description
• Lead process definition, optimization, and alignment across ServiceNow Risk solutions • Facilitate workshops to define current-state and future-state processes • Guide Product Owners through story creation, prioritization, and refinement • Recommend best practices for governance, compliance, and risk programs • Support integration strategies that streamline data sharing and reporting
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years in risk, compliance, or governance process design • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow GRC/Risk modules • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills • ServiceNow CSA and relevant GRC/Risk certifications preferred • Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an additional 4 years of related experience • U.S. citizenship is required due to government clearance.
