âą Lead hands-on platform configuration, customization, and deployment activities in alignment with enterprise design specifications and architectural standards âą Architect and implement complex platform integrations with existing enterprise systems, data sources, and third-party applications âą Conduct in-depth analysis of current-state technical environments to identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and migration requirements âą Define and own technical documentation including configuration guides, integration specifications, data flow diagrams, and deployment runbooks âą Lead data migration activities including strategy development, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation âą Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, regression, and performance testing âą Serve as a technical escalation point for platform issues, defects, and complex technical blockers across implementation phases âą Drive adherence to platform architecture standards, security requirements, and governance frameworks âą Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and implementation team members âą Lead technical workstream planning, sprint activities, and delivery tracking in collaboration with the engagement lead âą Proactively identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and cross-functional impacts âą Evaluate and recommend platform enhancements, optimizations, and scalability improvements throughout the engagement âą Own environment management strategy across development, test, staging, and production instances âą Partner with architecture, engineering, and security teams to validate designs and ensure enterprise-wide alignment âą Lead transition planning into deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live support phases âą Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying and implementing process and technical efficiencies âą Other duties as assigned
âą 5+ years of experience in platform implementation, systems integration, or technical consulting âą Proven track record of leading technical workstreams in complex, enterprise-scale implementations âą Deep hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and deploying enterprise technology platforms âą Strong expertise in integration patterns, APIs, web services, and data exchange methodologies âą Experience defining and executing testing strategies across multiple testing phases âą Demonstrated ability to mentor and provide technical direction to junior team members âą Experience working within Agile, SAFe, or structured delivery frameworks âą Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills with high attention to detail.
