• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to report business KPIs, identify key insights, and suggest areas of improvement • Identify new processes and tools to increase automation, improve efficiency, and reduce manual overhead • Partner with Sales management to increase the understanding of our business, improve decision-making, and increase sales productivity • Create and maintain KPI dashboards for business partners • Perform ad-hoc analysis and come up with your own projects to support ongoing strategic and tactical business initiatives • Administration of Salesforce (create and maintain reports/dashboards, page layouts, territory module, record transfers/uploads, new user creation, etc) • Become an authority in our Sales tool stack and ensure team is using best practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrable experience with Excel, Salesforce, and/or other Sales tools • Solid attention to detail and time management skills • Analytical thinker who can derive insights from data to improve process and training • A self-starter attitude who naturally sees problems • Sales experience or experience working with Sales organizations (nice to have) • Experience at a high growth startup or consulting experience (nice to have) • Certified Salesforce Administrator and Developer (nice to have) • Experience with forecasting and sales territories (nice to have)
