📋 Description

• Create high-fidelity interfaces, ensuring visual consistency, usability, and a high-quality user experience. • Develop wireframes, navigation flows, and prototypes, collaborating with Product Managers and other stakeholders. • Ensure the quality of design deliverables by performing validations before and after implementation. • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams in agile development cycles. • Organize files, flows, and components in a structured manner. • Contribute to the evolution of the Design System and design best practices within the team. • Participate in the continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and design standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong command of UI design, with attention to visual details, consistency, and accessibility. • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. • Experience collaborating with Product Managers and engineering teams. • Experience with design systems and componentized interfaces. • Knowledge of UX best practices and usability testing. • Proficient in Figma, including interactive prototypes and reusable components. • Good communication skills to defend design decisions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. • Fluent English, required for interaction with international teams. • Nice to have: Experience with Design Ops. • Familiarity with technical concepts that ease communication with developers (APIs, JSON, etc.). • Experience with data-driven or AI-based products. • Experience with B2B platforms or enterprise software. • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams. • Spanish.
