📋 Description

• Support and advise clients on the optimal use of database systems. • Execute complex database projects, e.g., performance analyses, SQL and database tuning, and migrations. • Design and implement database systems on both on-premises platforms and in the cloud using GitOps methods and tools. • Proactively monitor system operations in the managed service and properly resolve incidents. • Independently further develop and administer customer databases.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree (Computer Science, Business Informatics, Natural Sciences) or an equivalent IT qualification. • Solid knowledge of at least one of the database systems Db2, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL or Exasol. • Confident in working with the SQL query language. • Good knowledge of operating systems. • Ideally initial experience with cloud environments as well as GitOps methods and tools, e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or Ansible. • High level of responsibility and a structured way of working. • Ability to work independently.
