IT Solutions Factory is a technology services and product company founded to provide IT and software solutions for telecom operators within Xavier Niel’s group. The company builds and operates a custom BSS (Galaxion) used by multiple operator entities, delivers large IT transformation projects, and applies AI on mobile network data to improve network quality. ITSF is a developer-focused, international engineering team (about 100 people across Lyon, Nice, and Ukraine) that works on challenging, large-scale telecom and data projects for other businesses.

📋 Description

• Lead new features for the various products through to production in a full-stack capacity • Participate in the technical definition of projects, including technical analysis, proof of concepts, and technical and functional enhancements • Break down and transform functional stories into technical stories • Implement technical stories • Provide post-production support • Participate in defining the product’s technical roadmap • Conduct technical studies • Estimate work and participate in roadmap creation • Develop features and conduct merge request reviews • Track delivery from integration through to production • Provide production support • Participate in discussions on best practices • Produce technical documentation • Collaborate with the Nice, Lyon, and Ukraine teams on IT transformation projects for the group’s telecommunications operators

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a software developer • Java / Spring Boot or ReactJS / TypeScript • Attention to detail • Curiosity • Versatility • Strong IT expertise • Proactive mindset • Communication and teamwork skills • Written and verbal communication skills in English • Proficiency in ReactJS 18, TypeScript, Material UI, and React Testing Library • Proficiency in Java 21 / Spring Boot 3 • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, GitLab CI, Sonar, Nexus, Kubernetes, and Helm
