📋 Description

• Design and develop instructional materials including eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT (vILT), job aids, and assessments. • Create custom graphics, illustrations, and visual assets to enhance learning content. • Develop 3D models and animations using tools like 3DS Max and V-Ray to support technical or product training. • Edit and produce training videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. • Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles to ensure effective knowledge transfer. • Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and translate complex topics into engaging learning experiences. • Ensure all content meets accessibility, branding, and quality standards. • Manage project timelines and deliverables independently, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, Education, or related field • 3+ years of experience in instructional design or digital learning development • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Power Point) • Proficiency in Graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator • Experience with 3D modeling and rendering using 3DS Max and V-Ray • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote or hybrid environment • Familiarity with SCORM and accessibility standards (Preferred) • Portfolio showcasing instructional design work, including multimedia and 3D content (Preferred)
