📋 Description

• Develop applied AI solutions and integrations with internal and external systems. • Build and maintain AI agents, RAG flows, tools for querying internal data stores and business-process-oriented automations. • Implement ingestion, processing, enrichment, and query pipelines for structured and unstructured data. • Develop APIs, backend services and reusable components to support intelligent assistants, automations and corporate integrations. • Integrate AI solutions with databases, CRMs, ERPs, automation tools, external services and the company's internal platforms. • Apply best practices for security, traceability, access control, versioning, testing and observability in developed solutions. • Technically evaluate business requirements, propose viable approaches and translate operational needs into deliverable technical solutions. • Support the evolution of the team's AI platform architecture, considering scalability, governance, maintainability and operational cost. • Create proofs of concept, validate technical hypotheses and drive prototypes into production-ready solutions. • Document solutions, technical decisions, integrations, APIs, data flows and operational criteria. • Monitor executions, errors, token consumption, performance and the quality of AI agents' responses. • Work closely with business areas, security, infrastructure, architecture and other technical teams to ensure technical and operational alignment of deliveries.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in at least one modern programming language (such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java or similar). • Backend development with REST APIs. • Experience with modern backend frameworks (such as FastAPI, Express, NestJS, Spring Boot or equivalents). • SQL and data modeling. • PostgreSQL. • Integration with LLMs and AI APIs. • RAG, embeddings, vector search and vector databases, preferably pgvector. • Building AI agents, tools, memory, instructions, workflows and orchestration. • Git, versioning, code review and development best practices. • Docker and running containerized applications. • Automated testing, logging, error handling and technical documentation. • Integration between corporate systems via APIs, webhooks, queues or scheduled jobs. • Basic knowledge of application security, authentication, authorization and handling of sensitive data. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering or related fields. • Preferred: Experience with Agno. • Preferred: Experience with n8n. • Preferred: Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP. • Preferred: Knowledge of Kubernetes or container orchestration. • Preferred: Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar frameworks. • Preferred: React and TypeScript for building simple operational or validation interfaces. • Preferred: CI/CD. • Preferred: Observability, tracing, metrics and monitoring. • Preferred: Knowledge of LLMOps, response evaluation, guardrails and human-in-the-loop. • Preferred: Experience with ETL, Polars, DuckDB or large-file processing. • Preferred: Knowledge of software architecture, messaging and microservices. • Preferred: Experience in corporate environments, CRM, ERP and integrations with legacy systems.
