📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, addressing customer challenges across truss design, engineering, and manufacturing with a fast, accountable, customer‑first approach. • Build strong, long‑term relationships through practical, solution‑led engagement. • Lead customer onboarding for both new and existing software solutions. • Run demonstrations, workshops, and feature walkthroughs that clearly show value and application. • Support the launch of new software by acting as the technical link between customers, sales, and development. • Drive successful adoption by introducing new products to existing customers. • Support the sales team with pipeline creation by participating in early-stage customer discovery and technical qualification. • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and workflow issues across truss design and production.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in truss design (roof and/or floor systems) with hands‑on experience using, supporting, or implementing truss or structural design software. • Experience in a customer facing technical, consultancy, or solutions role is essential. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Commercial awareness, with the ability to support presales and discovery activities. • Experience supporting software launches or go to market activities and working closely with sales or commercial teams is highly desirable. • Experience delivering customer training and onboarding is desirable. • Knowledge of offsite construction or manufacturing environments not essential but highly beneficial.
