📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot • Develop and manage event-driven architectures using Kafka • Design and implement RESTful APIs with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability • Take ownership of backend architecture and contribute to technical decision-making • Actively contribute to frontend development using React as part of day-to-day work • Work closely with Product, QA, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end features • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to production • Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and performance • Continuously improve system design and team practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Java backend development (Java 8+) • Proven experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture • Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven systems • Strong experience designing and building REST APIs • Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, MongoDB) • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins • Demonstrated willingness to work across the stack, including frontend development with React (mandatory) • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum environments • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience • 5–8 years of experience in software development, with a strong backend focus • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams • English proficiency required for working with US-based teams.
