📋 Description
• Serve as a subject matter expert supporting a client. • Ensure that schedules, performance parameters, and reporting responsibilities are met. • Collaborate with a team including Senior Analysts, Analyst I–III, and a Senior Consultant. • Perform data extraction, analysis, and reporting. • Write reports and conduct statistical analyses. • Apply strong analytical skills to coordinate projects, tasks, and goals in alignment with client expectations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, demography, statistics, quantitative studies, or a related social science field. • Minimum 2+ years of experience in data analysis or research related to populations, migration, or domestic immigration. • At least 2 years of experience conducting statistical analysis, research, and report writing in academia or government. • Expert-level experience with Excel, SAS, R, Python, or Databricks . • Proficiency with Tableau is MANDATORY. • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • U.S. Citizenship required.
