📋 Description

• Conduct initial technical and functional assessments of assigned media websites. • Develop work plans with measurable objectives and performance indicators. • Design and implement tailored web optimization plans. • Provide technical support for website architecture, performance, UX, SEO, content organization, taxonomies, internal linking, metadata, page speed, accessibility, and indexing. • Hold regular virtual meetings with beneficiary media teams to monitor recommendations, review progress, resolve questions, and address technical challenges. • Advise teams on analytics and monitoring tools, interpret results, and prioritize evidence-based improvements. • Apply a practical, results-oriented methodology with continuous follow-up and documented deliverables. • Coordinate with IWPR, report progress, identify challenges, recommend adjustments, and ensure compliance with objectives, timelines, security protocols, and reporting requirements. • Respect the editorial independence of participating media outlets.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in website optimization, digital consulting, technical SEO, information architecture, or related fields. • Strong knowledge of website architecture, UX, website performance, technical optimization, indexing, on-page SEO, and search visibility best practices. • Experience conducting website audits and designing optimization plans with measurable objectives and outcomes. • Experience using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, or equivalent tools. • Ability to interpret website performance metrics and develop evidence-based technical and strategic recommendations. • Ability to work remotely with teams operating in complex environments or with limited connectivity. • Fluency in Spanish is required. • Knowledge of English is desirable. • Digital media organization experience is an asset but not mandatory. • Must comply with IWPR security protocols and reporting requirements.
