โ€ข Respond promptly to player inquiries and provide accurate information โ€ข Assist with gameplay, account, and payment issues โ€ข Provide guidance on game rules, strategies, and promotions โ€ข Track and document player issues using support tools โ€ข Escalate complex cases to relevant teams โ€ข Monitor player feedback to improve products โ€ข Stay up to date with game updates and promotions โ€ข Contribute to improving support processes โ€ข Act as top-tier support and escalation point for your team (Team Lead) โ€ข Mentor, coach, and develop team members (Team Lead) โ€ข Ensure high-quality, efficient customer service operations (Team Lead) โ€ข Handle escalations, manage reports, and monitor productivity (Team Lead) โ€ข Collaborate across teams to improve performance (Team Lead) โ€ข Conduct huddles, meetings, and reporting (Team Lead)

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข Previous customer service experience (gaming industry preferred) โ€ข Excellent English (spoken & written) โ€ข Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills โ€ข Empathy and patience in dealing with players โ€ข Familiar with support tools/software โ€ข Able to work shifts (24/7 support, including nights, weekends, holidays) โ€ข Passion for gaming and knowledge of online gaming trends โ€ข 2-3 years experience managing a team (for Team Lead) โ€ข Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills (for Team Lead) โ€ข Experience with CRM systems and remote team management (for Team Lead) โ€ข Ability to multitask and work under pressure (for Team Lead) โ€ข Coaching and performance development skills (for Team Lead)
