๐ Description
โข Own end-to-end talent acquisition for local and cross-border business teams, including profiling, screening, interview assessment, and salary negotiation โข Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, Wanted, and other major recruitment channels โข Provide day-to-day HR support, including employee communication, engagement, and culture building โข Research salary trends and competitor movements in the tech/internet industry to inform strategic hiring recommendations โข Liaise with third-party EOR providers to ensure smooth onboarding and integration for new hires
๐ฏ Requirements
โข 3+ years of local recruitment experience (agency/headhunting or mid-to-large tech/internet background preferred) โข Strong headhunter mindset โข Proficiency in Boolean search โข Familiarity with the iGaming / Game industry (nice to have)
