โ€ข Develops and implements comprehensive Partner retention strategies in collaboration with the Business Development Officer Partner Relations to enhance loyalty, minimise churn, and maximise lifetime value. โ€ข Serves as the primary point of contact for Partners, fostering strong relationships through regular communication, personalised support, and proactive engagement โ€ข Solicits feedback from Partners on their experiences, preferences, and concerns, leveraging this information to tailor all relevant initiatives and address any issues promptly โ€ข Conducts regular analysis of Partners needs, behaviour patterns, and usage trends to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling,or customisation of products/services โ€ข Stays updated on marketing promotions and their terms and conditions offered by the Company, effectively communicating them to Partners โ€ข Monitors Partner satisfaction levels and sentiment indicators, tracking key metrics and KPIs and identifies areas for improvement โ€ข Addresses Partner concerns and resolves issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex or sensitive matters to appropriate channels as needed to ensure swift resolution โ€ข Collaborates with internal teams to ensure alignment on Partner needs and deliver seamless Partner experience โ€ข Conveys Partner requirements to the Business Development Officer Partner Relations, who in turn is responsible to inform the Partner Relations Platform Engineer for improvements to the Partner Relations platform management system โ€ข Familiarises oneself with the Partner Relations platform to navigate effectively after receiving support from the Partner Relations Platform Administrators โ€ข Stays informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices in Partner retention, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the companys retention efforts โ€ข Cultivates and maintains excellent working relationships with other departments, including dealing, back office and compliance

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข Bachelors degree in a Business-related field โ€ข At least 2 years of experience in business development roles โ€ข Experience within the financial services industry is considered an advantage โ€ข Fluent speaker with excellent oral and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is considered an advantage) โ€ข Excellent organizational and analytical skills โ€ข Confident, persuasive and ambitious โ€ข Self-motivated โ€ข Strong interpersonal and communication skills โ€ข Ability to work in a dynamic environment and maintain a high-level of organization โ€ข Ability to work autonomously and under pressure โ€ข Dynamic, innovative and target oriented โ€ข Computer literate
