📋 Description

• Run day-to-day IT delivery for approximately 30 Lean & Operational Excellence applications • Manage incidents, service requests and bug fixes against agreed service levels • Monitor the tower's ticket queue, produce weekly delivery reporting and drive recurring issues to root-cause resolution • Own change and release coordination while minimizing operational disruption and maintaining audit-ready records • Ensure application stability, performance, availability and compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment • Plan and execute upgrades, patching, version currency and application retirement • Capture, size and shape enhancement demand into clearly defined, costed work packages • Assign approved work to internal development teams or contracted partners and hold delivery to scope, timeline and quality • Track run costs and contracted service spend against budget and flag variances and capacity constraints • Provide cost, effort and dependency inputs for business cases • Serve as the working-level IT contact for Lean & Operational Excellence applications across site, regional and global process owners • Execute the tower roadmap and contribute tower input • Partner with architecture, security, infrastructure and compliance teams • Lead, coach and develop the internal team; set priorities, schedules and performance expectations • Manage contracted external resources and escalate commercial and contractual matters • Select, develop and evaluate internal and external personnel • Support internal and external audits with evidence, corrective actions and closure of non-conformances • Enforce applicable IT and company procedures, policies, safety and health rules • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience running or supporting a portfolio of business applications in a multi-site manufacturing environment • Practical ITIL working knowledge covering incident, problem, change and release management • Ability to size and scope enhancement requests, including effort, cost, dependencies and deferral decisions • Experience with Lean, continuous improvement or operational excellence processes and supporting applications is a strong plus • Familiarity with regulated/GxP environments, validated systems and manufacturing operations • Experience managing contracted or outsourced resources against service levels and statements of work • Working understanding of software licensing and service contracts • Previous experience in a matrix or shared-service/CoE structure preferred • Ability to work effectively across time zones and changing priorities and deadlines • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field • 6 to 8 years of experience in IT application delivery, support or implementation in a relevant IT position • At least 3 years leading a team, including direct reports and/or a delivery team • ITIL Foundation Certification preferred • Fluent English; additional languages an advantage • Equivalent combination of education, training or experience accepted
