📋 Description

• Develop and maintain QA plans and process routings reflecting intended and actual activities • Support quoting through initial process design, development, and implementation • Evaluate and support inspection processes using inspection aids and instruction guidelines • Develop and implement specialized training sessions for applicable functions • Review and maintain documentation files and systems for document storage and access • Review supplier and customer discrepancies and coordinate corrective/preventative actions • Analyze defect trends occurring at customers, suppliers, and internally • Participate in vendor survey activities • Drive proactive supplier participation and support process improvement efforts • Interface with departments regarding policies, procedures, ISO, EN4600, and GMP documentation • Monitor departmental activities and provide technical and logistical guidance to quality engineering staff • Provide technical support on quality issues to customers • Lead corrective-action efforts using SPC data and corrective-action tracking tools • Create and implement meetings, procedures, and team-building concepts supporting corrective/preventative efforts • Serve as liaison between Jabil and suppliers or customers on quality-related issues • Improve technical support for the quality organization • Follow safety, health, and company security procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required and two years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Knowledge of quality engineering support for manufacturing issues • Knowledge of QA plans and process routings • Experience with inspection processes, inspection aids, and instruction guidelines • Ability to develop and deliver specialized training • Experience with document control and records access systems • Experience reviewing supplier and customer discrepancies • Knowledge of corrective/preventative action processes • Experience with defect trend analysis • Experience with supplier process improvement and vendor surveys • Knowledge of ISO, EN4600, and GMP documentation • Technical and logistical support capabilities for quality engineering staff • Experience using SPC data and corrective-action tracking tools • Ability to comply with safety, health, and company security procedures
