📋 Description

• Develop and maintain QA plans and process routings reflecting intended and actual activities • Support quoting activities through initial process design, development, and implementation • Evaluate and support inspection processes using inspection aids and instruction guidelines • Develop and implement specialized training sessions for applicable functions • Review and maintain documentation files and systems for document storage and access • Review supplier and customer discrepancies and coordinate corrective/preventive actions • Analyze defect trends at customer, supplier, and internal levels • Participate in vendor survey activities • Work proactively with suppliers to support process improvement • Interface with departments regarding Policies and Procedures, including ISO, EN4600, and GMP documentation • Monitor departmental activities and provide technical and logistical guidance to quality engineering staff • Provide technical support on quality issues to customers • Lead corrective-action efforts using SPC data and corrective-action tracking tools • Create and implement meetings, procedures, and team-building concepts supporting corrective/preventive efforts • Serve as liaison between Jabil and suppliers or customers on quality-related issues • Improve technical support for the quality organization • Follow safety, health, and company security policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required and two years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience with quality assurance plans and process routings • Knowledge of inspection processes, inspection aids, and instruction guidelines • Ability to develop and implement specialized training programs • Experience maintaining documentation systems • Experience reviewing supplier and customer discrepancies • Knowledge of corrective/preventive action processes • Experience with defect trend analysis • Familiarity with vendor surveys and supplier process improvement • Knowledge of ISO, EN4600, and GMP documentation • Experience using SPC data and corrective-action tracking tools • Ability to follow safety, health, and company security policies and procedures
