📋 Description

• Represent the quality function of technical support alongside internal support groups regarding manufacturing issues • Develop and maintain QA plans and process routings • Support quoting through initial process design, development, and implementation • Evaluate and support inspection processes using inspection aids and instruction guidelines • Develop and implement specialized training sessions • Review and maintain documentation files and document storage/access systems • Review supplier and customer discrepancies and coordinate corrective/preventative actions • Analyze defect trends at customer, supplier, and internal locations • Participate in vendor survey activities • Drive supplier participation and support process improvement efforts • Interface with departments regarding policies and procedures, including ISO, EN4600, and GMP documentation • Monitor departmental activities and provide technical and logistical guidance to quality engineering staff • Provide technical support to customers on quality issues • Lead corrective action efforts using SPC data and corrective action tracking tools • Create and implement meetings, procedures, and team-building concepts for corrective/preventative efforts • Serve as liaison between Jabil and suppliers or customers on quality-related issues • Improve technical support for the quality organization • Follow safety, health, and company security procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required and two years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Knowledge of QA plans and process routings • Experience with inspection processes, inspection aids, and instruction guidelines • Ability to develop and implement specialized training • Experience with document control and documentation systems • Experience reviewing supplier and customer discrepancies • Knowledge of corrective/preventative action processes • Experience with defect trend analysis • Knowledge of supplier process improvement and vendor surveys • Knowledge of ISO, EN4600, and GMP documentation • Experience with SPC data and corrective action tracking tools • Ability to follow safety, health, and company security procedures
