📋 Description

• Coordinate deliverables and report on large, complex Data Center Infrastructure Programs • Perform contingency planning and issue resolution • Understand and communicate program vision and roadmap • Identify cross-product and cross-program synergies and opportunities to simplify or align work across teams • Provide regular updates to senior leadership, external partners, and internal teams on program status, risks, blockers, and dependencies • Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms • Act as a technical advisor to engineering teams, propose solutions, and ensure technical feasibility • Represent the client within the organization and address customer needs and concerns • Coordinate multiple projects and reconcile interdependencies • Drive stakeholder decisions and eliminate roadblocks to resolve customer issues • Define KPIs and establish SLAs for multi-million-dollar businesses • Manage programs across cross-functional teams, build processes, and coordinate schedules • Oversee NPI project activities to achieve program goals on time • Collaborate with factory-based project managers from RFP through NPI completion of FWT • Manage RFP timelines, milestones, meetings, document repositories, RFIs, ECNs, and RFP deliverables • Provide strategic guidance to project managers • Partner with site-based project managers to develop and implement program strategy • Propose R&D project ideas with the manager to enhance competency areas • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management • 5+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentation experience • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight • Ability to present information and respond to management, clients, and public queries • Ability to influence others and share best practices • Comfortable working as part of a global team • Ability to assess projects, articulate risks, and develop project milestones • Familiarity with stage-gate processes in project lifecycle management • Ability to mentor junior project managers • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or related field • 5+ years of datacenter and/or industrial technical program management covering design, engineering, manufacturing, or test experience • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, integration strategy, and system coordination • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to Data Center Infrastructure preferred • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and teamwork abilities • A suitable combination of education, experience, and/or training may be considered
