• Drive focused attraction strategies that reflect JAFRA’s brand values and commercial priorities. • Implement comprehensive regional expansion strategies that grow the consultant base, enhance retention, and drive customer acquisition. • Develop and maintain impactful relationships with field leaders to accelerate growth and boost productivity. • Track key regional development metrics: growth by region, new consultant activation, retention. • Coach Leaders through monthly business reviews to help analyze performance and enhance skills. • Execute monthly field activation campaigns, recognition programs, and leadership calls. • Lead virtual and in-person field events.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred. • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in field development, regional management, or direct selling leadership. • Proven ability to grow markets through sponsoring, coaching, and leadership development. • Strong analytical and planning skills with the ability to translate data into actionable field strategies. • Excellent communication, presentation, and motivational skills. • Willingness to travel domestically to attend field events, training sessions, and leadership meetings. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
