📋 Description
• Facilitate high-performing Agile teams • Foster collaboration • Enable effective delivery within a SAFe environment • Work closely with cross-functional and distributed teams • Support Agile practices • Remove impediments • Promote continuous improvement across the development lifecycle
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master in Agile environments • Certification as Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) • Hands-on experience working inside a SAFe environment • Certification on SAFe (SSM or SASM) desirable • Experience with Jira • Good understanding of the SDLC • High level of communication in English, spoken and written, with distributed teams
