📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical support for AI-related tools and applications • Assist clients in integrating AI solutions into existing workflows • Design, develop and implement AI workflow automations • Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and configure workflows, integrations and AI-powered tools • Conduct client training sessions and workshops on AI technologies and automation workflows • Collaborate with the AI development team and provide client-informed feedback • Monitor AI system performance and automated workflows • Troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements or upgrades • Stay current with AI industry trends and emerging automation technologies • Document support interactions, workflow configurations, automation processes and troubleshooting procedures • Participate in talent pooling for future client opportunities; placement depends on skills, experience and suitable opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in AI technologies, technical support, AI implementation, workflow automation or related roles • Strong understanding of machine learning, natural language processing and data analytics • Hands-on experience designing, building or implementing AI-powered workflows and automations • Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI and other generative AI solutions • Experience with n8n, Zapier, Make or similar workflow automation platforms • Familiarity with AI agent development, AI assistants and business automation tools • Understanding of API integrations, webhooks, CRMs, productivity applications and other business systems • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar technologies is a plus • Familiarity with Python or JavaScript is an advantage • Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply validation and quality control measures • Understanding of data privacy, information security and responsible AI practices • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience may also be considered • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment while managing multiple client requests and priorities • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proactive and analytical mindset with willingness to learn and adapt
