📋 Description

• Smooth and finish concrete surfaces using the appropriate tools • Level and shape freshly poured concrete to ensure proper slope and surface quality • Apply surface treatments to concrete as required by the project • Monitor the curing process and apply treatments as necessary • Repair damaged or worn concrete on existing structures • Adhere to concrete requirements as detailed in the contract documents • Operate finishing equipment • Communicate with site supervision to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion • Follow all safety guidelines and regulations • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored • Report any issues with concrete quality, equipment, or safety concerns to site supervision

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Proven experience as a Cement Finisher or similar role in construction • Strong knowledge of concrete properties, mixing ratios, and finishing techniques • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools such as trowels, floats, screeds, and power trowels • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications • Understanding of concrete curing processes and surface treatments • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team • Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
