📋 Description
• Develop and maintain 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Vector works for architectural, interior, and facility projects • Translate design concepts, sketches, and specifications into detailed construction documents • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and operations teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements and timelines • Prepare layouts, elevations, sections, and installation drawings for furnishings, AV/IT integration, and facility components • Ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and company guidelines • Revise and update drawings based on stakeholder feedback and field conditions • Coordinate drawing sets with vendors, contractors, and consultants • Maintain organized file structures and version control for all CAD documentation • Support site surveys and incorporate field measurements into drawings as needed
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5+ years of experience in CAD drafting/design • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Vectorworks (required) • Strong understanding of architectural and interior construction drawings • Experience producing construction documents and shop drawings • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and collaboration skills
