📋 Description

• Execute the regional sales strategy for PV Projects in alignment with European commercial objectives • Deliver regional revenue, margin, and order intake targets across the assigned country cluster • Personally develop, negotiate, and close strategic commercial opportunities with key customers across the region • Maintain executive-level relationships with major EPCs, project developers, utilities, investors, and other strategic market participants • Lead senior-level negotiations for major framework agreements, utility-scale projects, and strategic partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or a related field preferred • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales within the energy, solar, or related industries • Extensive experience in utility-scale PV project sales within the German market and broader DACH region • Established network with EPCs, project developers, utilities, IPPs, investors, and other key stakeholders in the German renewable energy market • Fluency in English and German (C1: professional working proficiency)
