• Energy Storage Experience: 2+ years in overseas sales of BESS/PCS/EMS • Local Residency: Accept and adapt to long-term expatriate assignment (≥10 months/year); hold Schengen visa/work permit • Language Proficiency: Business-fluent English • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of ESS architecture (battery cells/BMS/PCS/EMS) • Commercial Skills: Proficient in international trade (INCOTERMS 2020), L/Cs, performance bonds, and export credit insurance • Execution Power: Able to independently close deals from lead to payment; pure manager profiles not accepted • Policy Sensitivity: Rapidly grasp EU and CEE energy storage subsidies, capacity markets, and grid code changes • Customer Access: Can reach energy managers and C-level; understand TSO bidding logic and industrial pain points • Resilience: Deliver results under high-intensity travel and multi-cultural environments; thrive in startup-paced teams
