📋 Description

• Provide technical support to the project management/account team • Translate client requirements into technical briefings • Define timelines, next steps, and status updates • Prioritize workload across accounts • Gather requirements and feedback in alignment meetings • Identify technical issues and improvements proactively • Document and report technical developments and processes • Coordinate data integration into data models via API bridges, templates, and automated or scheduled reporting systems • Develop and approve KPI solutions and perform regression testing • Ensure dashboard data integrity and quality • Explore media platform data and provide insights to Business Intelligence teams • Develop dashboard wireframes and brief BI teams • Collaborate with Data Governance on QA dashboard briefings • Oversee dashboard functionality and data-quality testing • Troubleshoot and resolve dashboard errors • Manage data transfers to non-Publicis users according to security standards

🎯 Requirements

• At least four years of experience in a data, development, or operations role • Experience with data and BI technologies, or strong technical affinity with Power BI, Datorama, Looker Studio, SQL, or similar • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines • Clear and developed communication skills • Fluent in English, both verbal and written • Self-motivated and excited about new technologies and processes • Strong team player • Passion for the advertising and marketing industry • Familiarity with Databricks or similar tools • Prior experience in the advertising/marketing industry
