📋 Description

• Audit the current state of QA across all development teams, identify gaps, and build a clear automation roadmap with concrete goals and milestones. • Design and implement automation frameworks and quality gates that teams can adopt and run independently, without requiring QA involvement for every release. • Act as the reference for QA standards and practices, enabling teams to self-serve, raise the quality, and integrate quality checks into deployment pipelines. • Define and track QA metrics such as test coverage, defect rates, and release quality, and use them to drive continuous improvement across teams. • Evaluate new AI and automation approaches regularly and bring forward the ones that will have the most impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Automated Quality Assurance, with a proven track record leading or scaling QA across multiple teams or products. • Extensive expertise in test automation architecture, including practical experience developing and integrating automated tests within CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. • Solid engineering background in .NET / C#, with experience in test automation frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright. • Working knowledge of API testing, performance testing, and cloud architectures, tools like Postman, JMeter, Azure Load Testing, and environments such as Azure microservices and serverless. • Strong interest in AI-powered QA tooling and a track record of turning ideas into working solutions. • Autonomous and structured approach to work, able to assess what exists, identify gaps, and define a plan. • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
