• Founded in 1995, JBPro is one of the leading site development design and consulting firms in North Florida. • At JBPro, we believe that our greatest strength lies in our people. • Join the JBPro family, where your efforts are valued, your development is supported, and your work truly makes a difference. • This position is located in St. Augustine, FL, and candidates must be willing to relocate. • As a Surveying Project Manager at JBPro, you will be responsible for managing surveying projects. • Reporting to the Director of Surveying, you will oversee project execution and ensure regulatory compliance. • The Project Manager assists the Director with scheduling surveying crews. • Join us and make a lasting difference in the community through your contributions. • Create work plans for each project, outlining scope, timeline, and resource requirements. • Schedule and manage project activities and personnel to ensure efficient operations and timely deliverables. • Process and review field data daily, coordinating data transfer to CAD technicians for further processing. • Actively manage the financial performance of all assigned surveying projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • 5 years of surveying experience, with at least 3 years in field surveying preferred. • PSM or PLS license in Florida. • Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Civil3D preferred. • Proficiency in Trimble Business Center or similar survey processing software. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong aptitude for client engagement and business development. • Physical capability to perform field surveying tasks. • Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
