📋 Description

• Responsible for customer site installation and commissioning of equipment. • Provide training, retrofits, service, and preventative maintenance. • Perform emergency or unscheduled repairs of equipment. • Provide advisory services during equipment install, service, and repair visits. • Maintain inspection records of equipment and determine trends affecting equipment performance. • Recommend equipment modifications to eliminate future performance problems. • Interact with internal and external project managers during field projects. • Ensure that time sheets are signed off by the customer.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Field Service Technician capacity, preferred. • AS, AAS, or equivalent education/work experience. • Willing to travel up to 90%, domestically and internationally. • Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical prints. • Use of precision measurement instruments. • Proactive mindset, self-starter. • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills with proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, & web-based databases. • Experience installing multimillion dollar capital equipment products. • Experience with ultra-high pressure or water jet cutting machines desired. • Previous work experience in a food processing facility desired. • Valid Driver's License and valid passport.
