📋 Description

• Lead the design of scalable AI infrastructure and AI-driven application architectures • Build and optimize end-to-end AI systems, including data pipelines, model training, evaluation, deployment, and application integration • Ensure system robustness through strong observability, maintainability, and safe deployment practices • Research, evaluate, and apply emerging technologies in AI infrastructure and applications • Collaborate with global teams to translate technical decisions into business impact • Drive the growth of team technical capabilities, promote engineering best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience designing and building scalable AI infrastructure and AI-driven applications • Proficient coding skills with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and production-quality code • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed computing • Solid understanding of AI/ML systems, cloud-native architectures, and big data technologies • Strong expertise in backend and distributed systems • Proven experience as a technical lead, driving complex projects or high-performing engineering teams • Excellent English and Chinese communication skills
