📋 Description

• Respond to emails and phone calls • Manage Calendars - Booking appointments with clients, calendar management • Make travel arrangements - Book travel and accommodations • Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records • Organize clients files (cloud or local drive) • Create presentations and reports according to instructions given • Conduct online research • Provide customer service as you will be the first point of contact • Performing other duties related to General VA role when needed
