📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of peripheral products within the Domínio system • Configure the system, aligning the software with each client’s tax and labor requirements • Deliver client training, ensuring they get the most out of the tool in their daily operations • Diagnose and help resolve operational questions and business-rule issues during the implementation project • Provide training and resolve technical issues during implementation • Integrate the software with each client’s specific accounting processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed or ongoing degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field • Experience implementing systems • Ability to teach, communicate with different audiences, and explain technical topics clearly • Intermediate computer skills • Interest in technology and innovation in the accounting sector • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-focused approach • Passion for solving challenges, improving processes, and helping people • Certification in ERP tools or accounting management software is a plus • Experience with the Domínio system is a plus • Experience with system integrations and APIs is a plus • Experience providing remote and on-site technical support is a plus • Analytical mindset and ability to adapt the system to each client’s specific workflows is a plus
