📋 Description

• Assist clients by phone, email, remote access, and/or chat • Diagnose reported issues and provide accurate resolutions • Log incoming support tickets in the platform • Guide clients and answer questions about the solutions provided • Training and updates focused on personal development

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or currently studying Accounting or a related field • Good communication skills • Experience in tax (fiscal bookkeeping, SPED EFD and contributions, DCTF) • Experience in accounting (balance sheet, DRE - income statement, DMPL - statement of changes in equity, DLPA - retained earnings statement, cash book, SPED ECD / ECF) • Experience in support/customer service
