📋 Description

• Own the technical architecture and core systems for GrowthBricks from the ground up • Work directly with the product founder on architecture, core systems, integrations, and the agent layer • Design architecture spanning business context, agents, memory, tools, integrations, and feedback loops • Build agentic workflows that reason over company context and act across CRM, sales, marketing, and product systems • Create context extractors for sales calls, emails, internal documents, CRM states, and campaign data • Work on prompting, context management, memory, tool use, and orchestration • Connect GrowthBricks to the existing GTM stack • Decide when to use MCP, APIs, open-source frameworks, third-party tools, or custom solutions • Prototype quickly, discard weak ideas, and turn effective ideas into production primitives • Write much of the early code and make key technical decisions • Build a functional product with core primitives for context extraction, memory, and orchestration within the first six months • Establish a pragmatic codebase and validate that agent actions produce measurable business value

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building, evaluating, and refining LLM applications, agents, or agentic workflows used by real people • Demonstrated experience designing backend systems, data models, APIs, and integrations • Working knowledge of context management, memory patterns, prompting strategies, and tool orchestration • Comfort working in zero-to-one environments with high technical autonomy • Practical mindset valuing clear, simple solutions over unnecessary complexity • Confidence making key architectural decisions while requirements are evolving • Focus on end-user impact and willingness to iterate based on real feedback • Practical understanding of modern GTM stacks, such as CRMs, enrichment tools, or marketing automation, or sales/marketing workflows is a plus • Experience in solution engineering, sales engineering, pre-sales, or building software for GTM teams is especially interesting • Understanding of CRM, enrichment, outbound, automation, and product signals is advantageous • Experience automating sales or marketing workflows, ideally with agents or LLMs, is advantageous • Experience owning a technical product from a blank repository to a product used by people is advantageous • GTM experience is not mandatory
