📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Client and the maintenance organization • Manage and coordinate client needs across routine maintenance activities • Provide on-site customer representation during major scheduled inspections • Support customers during Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events • Create and manage Service Calls to track technical data • Develop and maintain strong client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Airframe and Powerplant ratings required • Bachelor’s Degree (or its equivalent) in Aviation Field preferred • 10 years’ experience with corporate turbine-powered business aircraft (not commercial) preferred • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to read and write articulately and analytically • Clear understanding of relevant technical skills • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure • Well organized • Have or be able to obtain passport and perform international travel
