📋 Description
• Conduct drone inspections of wind turbine blades and other infrastructure in accordance with safety protocols and SOPs. • Complete image and data capture missions with a high degree of precision and minimal defects. • Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot remote-controlled equipment in varied field conditions. • Meet data capture performance expectations to include rate of capture completion, data management, quality of imagery, safety performance metrics, and project communication. • Conduct training of new Data Capture Specialists or Contractors based on employee’s proficiency. • Maintain high safety standards during all operations in alignment with industry best practices, company policy, and regulatory requirements. • Comply with and maintain applicable product specific certifications and qualifications such as: EASA A1/A3, STS (Standard Scenario), GWO.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with wind turbine inspections and complex data capture techniques • EASA A1/A3 Global Wind Organization training certifications or willing to complete courses • STS (Standard Scenario) is ideal but not required • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while also meeting rigid deadlines. • The ability to adapt to different working environments is essential. • Experience with implementing and managing client Scope of Work (SOW) objectives. • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and individuals and come to a consensus. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Includes 75%-100% domestic travel in support of operations. • Be able to lift 50 lbs easily. • Be able to sit and stand for long periods of time. • Be willing to work at heights • Able to work in outside environments year-round.
