(JSSI) has been the leading independent provider of maintenance support, advisory services, software, and financial tools to the business aviation industry. • With 6,000+ aircraft supported by maintenance programs and software platforms, JSSI leverages this wealth of data, scale, and innovation to drive cost savings and provide custom solutions that align to the interests of each client, regardless of make or model. • Learn more at jetsupport.com. • We are seeking a motivated and analytical Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic Sales & Business Development team. • This junior-level, pre-sales role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for aviation, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an immediate impact on business development efforts. • You will be on the front lines, sourcing and qualifying new leads, gaining market and competitive intelligence, and supporting the sales team with high-value insights. • This role requires a combination of outbound outreach, research skills, and digital fluency to uncover and generate actionable sales opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 1–2 years of experience in a pre-sales, business development, inside sales, or market research role (internships considered) • Business aviation experience or interest strongly preferred • Exceptional verbal communication and phone presence • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation tools • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently • Curious and relentless in pursuit of actionable information and opportunity
