📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end product design across discovery, ideation, prototyping, validation, and delivery. • Conduct generative and evaluative user research, usability testing, customer interviews, and Jobs-to-be-Done discovery to uncover customer needs. • Design elegant, accessible, and responsive experiences across desktop and mobile using modern design systems and WCAG best practices. • Create high-quality interaction designs, prototypes, information architecture, and visual experiences that drive customer value. • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Marketing, Data, and AI teams to influence product strategy and deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Design and prototype AI-powered experiences, conversational interfaces, and AI-assisted workflows while promoting responsible AI design. • Contribute to design systems and design operations, and continuously improve design quality, processes, and team practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience designing digital SaaS products, with ownership across the full product lifecycle. • Strong expertise in UX, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, information architecture, usability testing, and systems thinking. • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research and translating insights into impactful product solutions. • Deep proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools, alongside experience working with design systems. • Proven success collaborating within cross-functional Agile product teams alongside Product Managers and Engineers. • Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills that help elevate teams and influence product direction. • Experience designing AI-assisted or AI-powered product experiences is highly desirable.
