📋 Description

• Support execution of account sourcing strategies for expense spend, hard savings, cost avoidance, and value-add delivery • Maintain JLL sourcing and contracting standards • Manage supplier relationships • Support regional and account sourcing initiatives • Implement the annual sourcing plan for assigned account projects • Execute sourcing strategies and regional initiatives • Support expense sourcing activities on the account • Negotiate with suppliers for goods and services • Undertake RfXs and associated processes and evaluations • Conduct e-auctions and electronic RFPs through the Bravo (Jaggaer) system • Identify and reduce business risk through effective sourcing strategies • Provide purchasing support to operational and finance teams • Support JLL regional sourcing programs • Administer the Strategic Sourcing Audit program to ensure compliance with contracting best practices and standards • Monitor supplier-performance KPIs through JLL systems • Deliver and report savings for assigned projects • Handle additional purchasing projects according to business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience working as a Buyer or Procurement/Sourcing Specialist • Fluent in English (mandatory) and French, German, or another EU language • Experience in procurement, e-auctions, and sourcing contracted services • Strong analytical ability • Excellent numerical and commercial acumen • Excellent organizational and administrative skills • Good follow-through of actions and responsibility for task completion • Commitment to solving customer requests and problems • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills • Excellent PC skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
